Every tool in the index is an online product, app, or website that does something for you. We do not list agencies, services, or offline businesses. Submissions are checked against that line before anything else happens.
Once a tool is accepted, we read its site. We crawl the homepage, pricing, and feature pages, then research it more widely, and use that to write the description, pros and cons, pricing breakdown, and "best for" notes. The goal is specifics: real limits, real plan names, real integrations.
The drafts are AI-assisted, and a human reviews them. The owner of the tool can edit any field from their account, so the people who know the product best get the last word.
We keep a "Last verified" date on each tool and refresh it when the listing changes. Pricing moves, so the date tells you how current the page is.
Two things we never invent: ratings and "hands-on tested" badges. Those only appear when they are genuinely true. An empty rating is more honest than a made-up one.
